Cancellation Terms and Agreement

By initiating the cancellation of services, you, the Client, agree to the following terms:

  • Written Notice of Cancellation: Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. Clients are required to notify VA+ at least 14 days in advance of the upcoming monthly renewal date to avoid automatic renewal charges.

  • Compensation for Services Rendered: In the event of cancellation, the Client agrees to compensate VA+ for all services rendered up to the termination date. Payment for services is non-refundable once made, and it is the Client's responsibility to monitor their subscription fees and payment dates.

  • No Refunds: VA+ does not issue refunds for membership, Flex time, or other VA+ products once payment is processed. It is the Client's responsibility to terminate their subscription or services before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.

  • Termination Due to Insolvency: If services are terminated due to insolvency of the Provider, Clients will be compensated for not rendered services through at-cost arrangements with VA+ virtual assistants or contracting staff. However, no monetary compensation will be provided for services not rendered.

  • Notification of Breach: Clients are required to promptly notify VA+ of any breach of contract or inappropriate conduct by their assigned VA, including but not limited to solicitation for additional compensation, additional hours, or work to be performed outside of VA+ services.

  • Missed Cancellation Window: Failure to provide notice of termination at least 14 days before the renewal date will result in no refunds for any payments made, and the Client will be charged for the next billing cycle.

  • Forfeiture of Unused Hours: If you accumulate hours through our membership program and choose to terminate your membership, any unused hours will be forfeited. Clients are required to utilize their accumulated hours before ending their membership, or forfeit remaining hours. Unused hours cannot be carried over or transferred to another account. By terminating your membership, you agree to waive any future claim to unused hours accumulated during your membership period.

  • Policy Amendments and Membership Reactivation: We reserve the right to amend or modify this policy at our discretion. In addition, we are not able to place memberships on hold. Clients with expired memberships will be required to pay an account restart fee of $297. If an account is restarted within 45 days of cancellation, then previous accumulated hours may be reinstated in part or in full at the discretion of VA+.
